Training is an important aspect of our association. It is the coffee department that has been most in demand all this year. After a seminar in Kinshasa at the end of last year, we had the pleasure of welcoming in Paris a dozen young Ivorians, all candidates for the creation of roasting shops in their country.
The training, very practical, consisted of transmitting what can be considered as the success basis of a roasting shop where management and service particularly aspects are important.
2020 is expected to see the program going on, notably in Indonesia. An introductory tasting program, according to the French classification methodology that AVPA is taking up, is also offered to all coffee lovers.
