General conditions of use of the site

These General Conditions of Use (Hereinafter "  CGU  ") Are intended to govern the terms and conditions of use of the site accessible at the address www.avpa.fr published by" AVPA ". Anyone browsing the Site is a User.

Article 1 - Acceptance and modification of the T & Cs

Use of the Site is subject to compliance with these T & Cs. All Users acknowledge that they accept the T & Cs, without reservation, solely because of their use of the Site.

The T & Cs may be modified by AVPA at any time to take account of changes to the Site and changes in applicable regulations. The new version of the T & Cs will be made available on the Site. The User is invited to consult them regularly.

5.1. User commitments

5.1.1.  The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with these T & Cs.

  • a negative or discriminatory connotation (for example, a pseudo: anti- "X"), a political, religious, fascist, xenophobic, racist, sectarian or similar character, insults, threats, or advertisements.

5.1.6.  The User undertakes to respect the integrity of the Site. He is prohibited from hindering or forcing the operation of the Site, from fraudulently modifying, altering or deleting the content accessible via the Site and from fraudulently introducing data on the Site.

5.2. AVPA's commitment

5.2.1.  AVPA makes its best efforts to make the Site accessible. The unavailability of the Site, whatever the cause, does not entitle the User to compensation.

Article 8 - Miscellaneous

If any of the clauses were declared void, it will be deemed unwritten but will not result in the nullity of the other clauses of these T & Cs.

The failure for AVPA to exercise any of the rights resulting from these T & Cs does not constitute a waiver of its rights.

Article 9 - Applicable law - competent jurisdiction

9.1.  These T & Cs are subject to French law.

9.2.  All disputes that may arise from the application of these T & Cs and that cannot be resolved beforehand by amicable settlement are submitted, notwithstanding the number of defendants and / or call in guarantee, even for emergency procedures or interim interim proceedings or by request:

  • for disputes with one or more individuals, to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts  ;

  • for disputes between professionals, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which AVPA has its registered office.
